Hypnosis dates back to 1882 and was used as a tool to access the unconscious mind. Put another way it can access the patterns we put in place that sometimes become unhelpful but we need the perception to reboot that mode of thinking.
Today we can successfully use it to treat habits and responses and bring about the change we are searching for.
NLP is a way of helping us become aware of our unconscious biases or the way we impose limitations on ourself because of the way we see the world and the map we use.
